Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Products may be returned within the following guidelines as set out below:

 

  1. No e-commerce returns will be accepted without prior written notice to us.

  2. A Return Authorisation Form may be requested up to 21 days from the shipping invoice date.

  3. To secure the appropriate Return Authorisation Form, contact us via email at sales@elitecleaningsolutions.com.

  4. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.

  5. Applications for Returns and refunds must be made within 21 days from the shipping invoice date and only where they are defective or differ to that advertised on our website.

  6. You may NOT return product if you simply changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere or decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

  7. Items must be returned in their original condition, including any original packaging and with a copy of the proof of purchase.

  8. If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected and approved.

  9. If your return is approved, reimbursement will be issued within a period of 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method.

  10. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

  11. A 10% inspection and restocking fee will apply to all returns.

  12. Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
